"We traveled from Los Angeles to Bris to visit family and decided we both needed a massage. We found Chris's name online, liked the look of his website and decided to give him a try. Chris answered our call immediately, was EXTREMELY polite and professional, dropped what he was doing, and came to our hotel in the CBD on very short notice, through bad traffic and rain. Chris made us both feel very comfortable, gave us both terrific massages, and went OVER the time he quoted. Anyone reading this would be well served to call Chris. Many thanks to Chris! I woke up this morning and couldnt move with neck pain like I've never experienced. An emergency phone call to Chris at the crack of dawn and two hours of remedial massage later and I feel like a new person. Thank you (and thankyou for getting up so early and coming to the rescue). "

Massage Therapy - General
In my opinion massage is one of the most underrated natural health therapies of our time. Not only is it providing time out of our busy lives to allow us to BREATHE it promotes blood flow, lymphatic flow, and raises our Natural Killer Cells which assists our immunity and disease fighting capabilities. Massage has been shown to reduce rates of depression & anxiety, and can assist in balancing our natural neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin. It even releases natural pain killers.

Trigger Point Therapy/Release
Trigger point therapy is one of my specialties. A trigger point is known as a 'hyperirritable nodule' where pain can radiate from in a muscle, and it can be the source of agony and many musculature problems. Trigger points are a common cause of not only muscle pain and reduced range of motion, but can be the source of headaches, tinnitus, posture problems, lower back pain, aching jaws, and burning shoulders. One of the most common trigger points for the shoulders is one found in the trapezius muscle (see below). A well trained trigger point therapist will know not only how to relieve this, but make it remain in a relaxed state, thus reducing the chance of it re-occuring a few hours after!

Trigger points have also been known as trigger sites or 'knots' and some therapists will 'work them out'... In my experience just trying to 'work them out' does not provide long lasting relief, the key is to find the master of the points, the one where all the others stem from, and ease in to it to allow it to release & relax, thus relieving the muscle pain and tightness associated with the trigger point. My trigger point therapy success is why I am known as 'Magic Hands Man'!
